Our design process follows the project flow such as;
1. CONCEPT DESIGN
Lighting design concept cannot come by itself, always in line with the surroundings, architectural design concept and the project’s aims. This phase is to understand all project related considerations and create lighting design concept accompanied with overall lighting design approach and strategy.
2. SCHEMATIC DESIGN
After the approval of lighting concept, we proceed to the schematic design evaluated from the technical aspects. During this phase, we develop lighting methods, feasibility studies as well as rough cost estimates.
3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
During this phase we conclude all the methods and scheme through the coordination between the Client, Architect and other consultants. We prepare all necessary documentation with details ready for calling tender / pricing.
4. TENDER & EVALUATION
Upon request by the Client we recommend suitable contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to be invited for tender. MYNA is responsible to evaluate the tender submittals from the various tenders and make our professional recommendation to the Client.
5. SITE SUPERVISION
We are responsible to review and inspect the works performed on site are in accordance with our design intent. Right before the practical completion, we witness testing and commissioning including light fixtures focusing and then proceed to Final Commissioning.
During this stage we conduct the fine-tuning of light fixtures focusing and dimming control settings and lastly the final inspection with the Client.
